Their main role is to greet the player at the beginning of the game and explain the rules.

 

Marshal, Miss Ribbon, and Cam appear when starting a new game or entering the [[Rhythm Test]]. Marshal and Miss Ribbon will also explain some information about the game such as the controls and the player's rhythm test results. They also appear in [[Night Walk (Wii)|Night Walk]], in which the player controls Marshal while Miss Ribbon and Cam follow him.
