*Hit: Depending on how perfectly the player hits the beat, the arrow will hit the ghost squarely in the nose, on the cheek, in the stomach or in the tail. The ghost is then flung through the door of the house.

Sneaky Spirits also appears in the 2P mode of ''[[Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade)]]'' where it is referred to as {{Nihongo|'''Sneaky Spirits 2P'''|しろいおばけ 2P|Shiroi Obake 2P}}. It plays the same as the 1P version, but much like [[Rhythm Tweezers 2#Rhythm Tweezers 2P|Rhythm Tweezers 2P]], both players take turns on every two ghosts. This effectively doubles the length of the game.

*Just like [[Air Rally 2]], this game does not have a new practice in Megamix, despite having a new cue (the ghosts hiding & silencing the music).

*There is practice music for this game in the files of ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]'', but it went unused.
