The player controls a bow and arrow that is being used just outside in front of the house, always aimed at the door. Ghosts will start to peak above the wall and slowly creep towards the other wall. The player must time each arrow shot to the ghost's rhythm before they zoom to the other wall. The ghost's pace will increase and decrease during the game. Successfully shooting the ghost will result in the door opening and the ghost being thrown back into the house. There is also a gameplay difference from the first Sneaky Spirits (in Megamix) in that the ghosts can hide behind the wall for some beats. While hiding, the music will quiet and the ghost will not make a sound.
The game plays the same way as the prequel, but this time you'll have to bring your bow and arrow to send these ghosts back to their house before they get away. The difference from the first game is that the background is now purple with a tree and ghosts can hide behind the wall for some beats. While hiding, the music will quiet and the ghost will not make a sound. You need to keep up the rhythm properly in order to deal with quiet music.

==Trivia==
*There is a tutorial music for this sequel found in the files, but it goes unused for some reason.
**Maybe it was supposed to be used for the sneaking cues.
