Hello, the image under "File:Screenshot 3DS Animal Acrobat.png" is using a screenshot of the Final Remix version of Animal Acrobat instead of the normal version of the game. I changed this on the Fandom version of the wiki a few days ago, but it seems to have not been carried over to this wiki (nor i can upload a new version of the file right now). So i'm asking if you can help me with this in any way. --Crazy Fronk (talk) 22:04 , 03 August 2023 (GMT)
The image that you did provide also shows the starting platform, which doesn't appear in Final Remix, so we'd need a screenshot that doesn't show anything that's exclusive to one or the other, that's why I can't just take the image you did replace it with. In general, a lot of the screenshots across the board do need to be updated... --Tox (talk) 03:25, 4 August 2023 (CEST)
- Or just upload a separated screenshot for the Final Remix version of the game, y'all did that for Munchy Monk and Ninja Bodyguard (and i also did exactly that on the Fandom wiki). --Crazy Fronk (talk) 22:31 , 03 August 2023 (GMT)
On the topic of images, i also uploaded a couple of screenshots of some the practice versions of some games that were missing of their respective pages on the Fandom wiki (which said screenshots are all missing from this wiki, alongside screenshots of other practice versions). --Crazy Fronk (talk) 23:02 , 03 August 2023 (GMT)
About recent edits
Loved that you never once bothered to explain why are you removing a piece of information that i explained my reasoning for adding it back a not too long ago, but you seem to always ignore it. I also love that you constainly insist to add links that lead to literally nothing, instead adding links that actually lead to something (and i'm sorry, but the reason of "we are trying to move away from fandom" is just a really dumb excuse to not include something actually helpful to the wiki). --Crazy Fronk (talk) 14:48 , 12 August 2023 (GMT)
The first one was removed simply because of the way we attribute the sources of peices of artwork (showing which game or CD it was used for first). The links that "lead to nothing" is something the admin team decided on, that even if the other wiki we're linking to doesn't currently have a page on it, it's better to have that link (they already link to these pages themselves and it's not our responsibility to make it for them) than to continue having links to a FANDOM wiki. I'd advise you to not get angry at me for these things, and understand that these edits happen for a reason, even if it's not explained in the edit summary. --Tox (talk) 20:22, 12 August 2023 (CEST)
- How much does it even cost to do the bare minimum and explain why are you removing stuff before hand without having to force people to do some arbitrary guesswork? And about the second topic, this doesn't answer why put a link that has nothing related to that person the wiki is talking about, instead of putting literally any link that already has information about that person without forcing people to wait for that person to get a page on a certain site, or too essentially give a middle finger to anyone that is looking for information about that someone. It doesn't make any sense. --Crazy Fronk (talk) 15:40 , 12 August 2023 (GMT)
- You might as well put a link to Arisa's twitter account, or any japanese site that has information about her at this point. It's way better than to redirect to a link that has nothing, specially if you are so biasly opposed in having anything related to Fandom in this wiki. Just a minor suggestion. --Crazy Fronk (talk) 15:53 , 12 August 2023 (GMT)
- And you still don't bother to explain anything of why you're removing stuff from pages instead of just saying "shouldn't be present anyway"? Seriously bro, what is your problem? Talk about ignorance. And i'm the issue for caring that the wiki should make certain pieces of information more easily available, not to mention the whole issue of the links that lead to dead ends for no reason. --Crazy Fronk (talk) 16:45 , 12 August 2023 (GMT)
I asked you already to not get angry with me and understand there's reasons for this. You've already ignored the reasons that I have given, and are basically harrassing me at this point. --Tox (talk) 21:55, 12 August 2023 (CEST)
- What reasons? You don't bother to explain anything. It's always arbitrary guesswork and you loving to ignore my requests. And like i said, i'm always in the wrong for caring that the wiki should make certain pieces of information more easily available. --Crazy Fronk (talk) 17,04 , 12 August 2023 (GMT)
"The links that "lead to nothing" is something the admin team decided on, that even if the other wiki we're linking to doesn't currently have a page on it, it's better to have that link (they already link to these pages themselves and it's not our responsibility to make it for them) than to continue having links to a FANDOM wiki." Did you not read this part? The admin team here made the decision to change the links the way they are, and you ignored it. You're saying it as if I don't care about the wiki myself, which is an insult to me personally. I have asked you to not get angry at me like this, twice now, and you have ignored that as well. --Tox (talk) 22:14, 12 August 2023 (CEST)
- This is a Rhythm Heaven Wiki, not Generasia. And even still, Smash Wiki redirects links to Fandom wikis with no issue, why such an arbitrary rule to not make certain information more available? Not to mention that i resquested putting a link to japanese site that talks about Arisa instead of pratically nothing, and you stil ignored that. I'm not trying to be rude, i just want some actual reasonable explanations about these kinds stuff instead of just "is something we decided on", and nothing else. --Crazy Fronk (talk) 17,32 , 12 August 2023 (GMT)
We are also not Smash Wiki. We left Fandom for a reason, we don't want to have links to Fandom because of that, it took a while to decide what to actually do with these links and found that generasia would be suitable for it, even if some pages are linked to but don't yet have information. And then you come in and call it arbitrary and demanding explanations only to ignore them when given, like what do you legitimitely want me to say? Please stop harrassing me. --Tox (talk) 22:42, 12 August 2023 (CEST)
- So? Why did you guys suddenly decided to turn the other wiki "indie" and that it is "obsolete" and decided to move to this one? And so, who would actually care if you guys put links to Fandom on this wiki anyways? And even still, its not like there are other alternative links y'all could put on this site you know. "You might as well put a link to Arisa's twitter account, or any japanese site that has information about her at this point" is what i said prior, put you still insist in putting links that send to nothing all because "they already link to these pages themselves" and "something the admin team decided on" without elaborating on it besides wanting to pretend Fandom doesn't exist at this point. --Crazy Fronk (talk) 18,30 , 12 August 2023 (GMT)
Request
Hello, can you give the permission to upload files to regular registered users? I'm originally gonna to repost a few of miscellaneous character images but failed due to this. If that's not allowed, can I paste the source of images I want to repost here? Blhte (talk) 03:57, 31 August 2023 (CEST)

Hello, have you made sure to login with the username with "@login" after it? I think that's a common thing people forget to do. If that doesn't work, you're welcome to look me up on Discord (tox2564) and we'll go through the process to see where the issue is. Tox (talk) 14:59, 1 January 2024 (CET)
Character sprites from the cast rolls
Hello! Sorry if this sounds bothersome, i had no other place to ask or talk about this... But you know the unique sprites of the characters that are used during the cast rolls of the games? I always thought it was kinda strange only every character from DS have their sprites present in their galleries, while only the ones from Fever without an artwork have their respective sprites present (and the Squadmates are the only ones from GBA that have it in their gallery). I thought it would be a good idea to remove the sprites from everyone that has an artwork, and only keep the ones from characters that don't (like what it is with the characters from Fever). Or, maybe, add the sprites for everyone that has one? (Though, that sounds kinda tiring to do...). So i want to see your opinion in the matter before doing anything about it ---TheJoeMaster (talk) 16:27, April 04, 2024 (GMT)
