Extra Games
Extra Games is a place in Rhythm Heaven Fever where four games featured from the first installment of the series, Rhythm Tengoku, return with updated graphics suitable for the Wii. You can unlock these retro games by getting medals.

Trivia
- The games' practices are kept the same as in Tengoku (aside from Power Calligraphy adopting the standard practice theme rather than the unique, oriental practice theme) rather than conforming to Fever's standards, such as the option to view a demo.
- The menu uses the Game Select 1 music from Rhythm Tengoku.
