The Shoot-'Em-Up Radio Lady is a character who appeared in the minigame Shoot-'Em-Up in Rhythm Heaven where she appears during intervals in the game, and warns and encourages the Blastronaut in their missions of destroying the alien invaders from taking over the Earth.
