9-Volt (ナインボルト?, Nine Volt) and 18-Volt (エイティーンボルト?, Eighteen Volt) are elementary school boys who live Diamond City in the WarioWare series.
Both share a love for video games, specifically "old school" Nintendo ones from the NES era.
In Rhythm Heaven Series
18-Volt and 9-volt appear in Rhythm Heaven Megamix in a Challenge Train set called Wario...Where?, in which they replace the Wandering Samurai in Super Samurai Slice. 18-Volt is wielding a katana while 9-Volt piggybacks on him. Instead of a maiden, they must now rescue Sal Out, a minor Warioware character) who was kidnapped by evil creatures.
