The Pitcher is a young girl who plays against the Slugger in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Story
She only appears in the rhythm game Exhibition Match and its remix appearances, first seen giving the tutorial. During the tutorial, she seems friendly enough, complimenting the Slugger's performance and warning them that the cues will not appear during the real game.
In the game, the Pitcher throws baseballs behind a curtain, where the Slugger must wait before hitting the ball. Unlike other characters, the Pitcher's emotions can actually change during the game based on the player's performance as the Slugger.
If the Slugger hits a ball, the Pitcher will get upset and nervous. If the first five throws are hit, she will throw her hat onto the ground in frustration. She will also begin to sweat when the Umpire Monkey is revealed before the final throw.
If the Slugger misses a ball, she will smile, and continue to do so until another ball is hit.
