The Pinwheel Girl is a little girl in Japanese outfit who like to play with her pinwheel, but one day, it got stole by evil ghosts in the mingame Samurai Slice in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

Trivia

  • In Fever, she was named as Pinwheel Boy, but this was changed in Megamix version because she looks more girly rather than manly.
