Rhythm Heaven Groove (リズム天国 ミラクルスターズ?, Rhythm Tengoku: Miracle Stars)[2], also known as Rhythm Paradise Groove[3] in Europe, Rhythm Cheonguk: Miracle Stars (리듬 천국 미라클 스타즈?, Rhythm Heaven: Miracle Stars) in South Korea[4] and 節奏天國 奇蹟之星[5][6] (Jiézòu Tiānguó: Gíjī Zhī Xīng?, Rhythm Heaven: Miracle Stars) in Taiwan and Hong Kong, is the upcoming long-awaited fifth entry in the Rhythm Heaven Series (fourth outside of Japan, and first in Taiwan and Hong Kong). It marks the first new entry in the series since 2015's Rhythm Heaven Megamix and the first fully original entry since 2011's Rhythm Heaven Fever. It is set to release on the Nintendo Switch sometime in 2026[1].
Gameplay
As mentioned in the trailer, this game doesn't have a big, epic story, but it has a variety of Rhythm Games. The Ⓐ button is used to cause the player character to perform specific action, similar to its role in past games.[7]
Rhythm Games
A minigame about five walking heads jumping through rings. It is likey to be the first Rhythm Game featured, as it introduces the concept of performing actions to the rhythm.
A minigame about four lucky cats jumping and rolling to the rhythm.
A minigame about a pack of flying ducks, with a white duck in front, and four brown ducks following.
A minigame about a character smashing giant soda cans on a conveyor belt using a large hammer.
A minigame about a woman who cooks by catching vegetables flying in from the left and right side.
A minigame about a girl and a living water bottle playing jump rope, the latter character being controlled by the player
A minigame about a group of tiny bugs standing up and crouching down in rhythm.
A minigame about a bodybuilder who must pass fruit around on his muscles.

- Rhythm Heaven Groove the first game in the series to:
- Be released exclusively on an HD console.
- Receive an official release in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
- Feature voice acted dialogue.
- Receive an official Dutch[8], Portuguese[9] and Traditional Chinese[5][6] localization.
- Change the series name in a different region. Previously known in South Korea as Rhythm Sesang (리듬 세상?, Rhythm World), the series is now known as Rhythm Cheonguk (리듬 천국?, Rhythm Heaven), matching the naming conventions of Japan and North America.
- Receive a simultaneous worldwide release year (2026)
- The icon for prompting the player to advance the text is an icon of a note with a face, somewhat resembling the Note from Rhythm Heaven. In previous titles, this was an Ⓐ or stylus icon depending on the input method.
