The Pinwheel Girl is a little girl in a Japanese outfit who appears in the minigame Samurai Slice in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. She liked to play with her pinwheel, but one day, it got stolen by evil ghosts.

• In Fever, she was named as Pinwheel Boy, but this was changed in European version and in Megamix version because she looks more girly rather than manly.
