The Lumbercats (Japanese: マキネコ Makineko) are little cat helpers that give the lumberjack plat woods, baseball bats, cans, brooms, and even a refrigerator with a penguin inside to chop in the minigame Wild Woodwork from Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

  • The Japanese name for the Lumbercats, Makineko is a pun of Manekineko meaning Lucky Cats and Maki meaning Lumber.
