Mako (マコ[1]?, Mako) is a character who appears alongside several monkeys in Pajama Party in Rhythm Heaven Megamix
Story
In Pajama Party, she and 24 monkeys are having a slumber party on a giant bed. As they jump and slumber, the walls open up to reveal the sky, and soon, they all throw their pillows high into the air, they enter Dreamland, in which Mako is dressed up like a princess. After they throw their pillows again and return to normal, they end the game by going to sleep.
Mako's Puffy Pillow is considered a multipurpose tool, as it is her friend, cuddle partner, and ammunition. At the end of each slumber party, she can also sleep on it, but only if it seems clean enough[2]. It's extremely comfortable and only costs roughly 10 dollars[3].
Mako also appears in Rhythm Tengoku The Best Plus Comic in 27パジャマな朝 (Pajama Morning), which shows her waking up and getting ready for her day. Her alarm clock has a face similar to a Cosmo Dancer, and she appears to have a plush version of the monkeys.

Trivia
- Mako's voice clips, like multiple other instances in the series, are recycled from the scrapped tapping rhythm game.
- The voice clips from the aforementioned scrapped game also have the same voice as the female announcer in the Japanese version of the Rhythm Heaven games, starting with Rhythm Tengoku Gold. This means that Mako and the female announcer share the same voice.
