  • This is the first game to officially support a Dutch and Traditional Chinese translation.
  • This is the first game to be named Rhythm Cheonguk (리듬천국?, Rhythm Heaven) in Korean, where the previous name was Rhythm Sesang (리듬 세상?, Rhythm World).
  • The icon for prompting the player to advance the text is an icon of a note, resembling the Note from Rhythm Heaven. In previous titles, this was an Ⓐ or stylus icon depending on the input method.
