Micro-Row 2 (かえってきた 小さないきもの?, Kaettekita Chīsana Iki Mono), known in Rhythm Heaven Fever as Micro-Row (小さないきもの?, Chīsana Iki Mono), is the 3rd Rhythm Game of Stage 4 (18th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Fever and the 3rd of Citrus Tower (45th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The short version, Micro-Row, appears in Citrus Land in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
The arrange version, Micro-Row 2, appears in Stage 10 in Rhythm Heaven Fever.
Gameplay
The player controls the blue Microbe in the middle. They must march forward along with the other microbes and not bump into them as they make a spiral trail. Occasionally, a bell rings, signaling the microbes to march three steps at once.

- Perfect!/Ace!?: The microbes march forward.
- Early!/Late!?: The player mistimes their step, and lightly bumps into the neighboring microbe.
- Miss...?: The player bumps into the neighboring microbes.
