Coins are in-game collectibles which can be obtained by completing Rhythm Games and through other means in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. They are very valuable in-game and are kept in Tibby's head as a piggybank. Coins can be spent at the shop where Saffron works to buy some Rhythm Items, Music and Rhythm Games. They are used to play the Trials of the Gatekeeper Trio. Going solo on the Challenge Train costs 5 coins. They can be used in Feed Goat as an alternative to picking turnips. The MAX amount coins is 9999.

They can be used to skip a Rhythm Game that player cannot clear after three failures. The cost goes from 3 coins before Lush Tower, 10 from Lush Tower to Songbird Tower, 20 in Heaven world until Planet Land, and 30 after that.
