The Sumo Brothers (ごっつぁん兄弟?, Gottsan Kyōdai) (alternatively written as the Sumo Bros) are a pair of brothers who appear in the minigame Sumo Brothers in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, where they train in sumo wrestling and work on their cool poses together with the Inu-Sensei.

- They appear in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a spirit. Their battle takes place in the Arena Ferox stage, they are represented by red and blue Donkey Kongs respectively who love to taunt and have increased physical strength, all while earthquakes happen periodically.
