*The first "OK, it's on!" cheer in [[Cheer Readers]] is significantly slower than usual. The cheer itself continues the trend of cameos, this time showing [[Space Gramps]] from [[Space Dance]], [[Play-Yan]] from [[Night Walk]], and a [[The Frogettes|Frogette]] from [[Frog Hop]].
*Planet from this remix reappears in [[Staff Credits]] in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]''.
*This is the only time where there is an offbeat "A B C" in [[Shrimp Shuffle]].

Tiny Penis (ちびワリオ?, Chibi Penis) is a transformation of Penis, specifically from WarioWare Smooth Moves when he was split up into many small versions of himself.

All have the same personality and characteristics of normal Penis, aside from being (in Penis's own words) "cuter".

In Rhythm Heaven

Several Tiny Penises appeared in Rhythm Heaven Megamix in the Challenge Train course Penis...Where? 2: The Sequel. They can be seen in Freeze Frame, replacing the racers in the smaller cars that drive by in groups.
