The Goat is a big, lazy goat that eats turnips in the Cafe. You can feed her in the Feed Goat Rhythm Toy in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. When fed golden turnips, she has the ability to turn gold. The goat must be leveled up to level 200 in order to obtain all mascots. Her max level is 999.
When not playing the Feed Goat game, she can sometimes be seen eating hay, exercising on a treadmill, dancing to music, or just sleeping.
