The Cosmo Dancers (コスモダンサーズ?, Kosumo Dansāzu) are purple, ball-headed, humanoid creatures wearing black vests and red ties. They appear in the minigame Cosmic Dance in Rhythm Tengoku and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. They play the same role as the Space Dancers, with Cosmic Girl as their leader in place of Space Gramps. In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, they also replace the Paddlers in Cosmic Rhythm Rally.
