The graphics of the game are now updated to be in the same style as Rhythm Heaven Megamix<nowiki/>'s artwork, and 3D Effect of the Nintendo 3DS were added in this game to give more details as when Tap Trial Girl and MAN-Ks are tapping together, the red little stars appear. Note that the MAN-Ks are smaller in this version than in GBA version. The controls and the entire game itself are left original just like its prequel.

*Just like the monkeys, the MAN-Ks are noticeably smaller in Megamix version, most likely to make them more consistent with the other monkeys in that game.
*In the Game Boy Advance's Graphic files, you'll find that the Giraffe that appeared in the first game was remade into a camel for the sequel, but not implemented into the game.
*In the Game Boy Advance's Graphic files, you'll find that the Giraffe that appeared in the first game was remade into a camel for the sequel, but not implemented into the game.
*This is one of the few games to have different phrases in the rating screens of both versions.
*If you compare the OK Rating Screen with the Megamix one, you can see some differences. The MAN-Ks have both arms layed down in the Rhythm Tengoku version, but in Megamix, the MAN-K on the left is laying the right arm while the MAN-K on the right is laying the left arm. The Tap Trial Girl is crying in the Rhythm Tengoku one. In Megamix, they added interrogation points and removed the rays that has in the background of the Rhythm Tengoku version.

The girl is now wearing brown dress, white scarf and brown hair, while the monkeys are now MAN-K with purple fur, feet, yellow earrings and red spot on the chest. The giraffe is absent in this sequel.
