Rupert is a character from Rhythm Heaven Megamix. He appears at the Café several times throughout the game's story, providing useful information. He appears to be a blue snake-like creature wearing a red scarf and is always seen inside a small pot.

Rupert's primary function is to give players the option to skip Rhythm Games that they are having trouble clearing (much like the Barista in previous games). After three failed attempts, he will offer the player to move onto the next game in exchange for Rhythm Coins. He also will occasionally hint at upcoming Perfect challenges in the Perfect Campaign.
