- Drum Samurai made a cameo appearance in Rhythm Heaven Fever. He can be seen on the Classic Games icon when you beat Remix 7 and see the credits, in which this mode will be unlocked.
- Drum Samurai made a cameo appearance in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. He appears as a mascot on the top of the 3DS screens after unlocking him in Feed the Goat.
- Drum Samurai was Intended to be the original mascot of the series, being the first person you talk to into the game.
