Toss Boys (トスボーイズ?, Tosubooizu) is the twenty-seventh game in Rhythm Tengoku.

The character controlled by the A button is Aka-chan (red), B button is Ao-kun (blue). and the character controlled by the D-Pad is Kii-yan (Yellow). There are three techniques:
A B Dual Toss: Aka-chan bounces the ball back and forth with Ao-kun. Ao-kun then either launches it to Kii-yan or throws it normally.
Blue Blur Toss: Ao-kun bounces the ball a number of times which he usually launches to Kii-yan.
Yellow Lightning Toss: Kii-yan bounces the ball two times in quick succession, the second one launching it with speed.
