They appear as generic-looking robots with huge screws for heads & a heart on their chests. There are two versions of Screwbots: black & white. They seem to be the same in size, but it is later revealed that the white ones are smaller than the black ones.

*The Screwbots are gigantic, as shown in the OK and Superb screens and the staff credits in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Fever|Fever]]''. In the factory, however, they look a lot smaller because the camera is zoomed out.
