There are a few unused [[Rhythm Item]]s meant for various games, all of which were [[List of Scrapped Rhythm Games#Rhythm Heaven Megamix|scrapped]]. This text exists only in ''[[Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+]]'' and is mostly blank. The few pieces of text that do remain are the same as the equivalent used items, aside from the one meant for the short version of [[Board Meeting]].
