The Executives (重役のみなさん?, Jūyaku no Minasan) and their Assistant (秘書?, Hisho), known as The Board and PA in Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise, are a group of four boars and a human. They appear in Board Meeting in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Story
During Board Meeting, The Executives are having a meeting with the chairman[1], in which they follow two plans to impress them: Plan A involves them spinning in their chairs and stopping one after another, while Plan B has them all stop at the same time, with their assistant giving them the cue.
In Remix 2, The Executives are seen doing their usual thing with a pink Monkey taking the assistant's place. In Remix 9, three of the boars appear with the Drum Girls playing in the background, although the girl with the bass is replaced with the Assistant.
The Executives were present while an unseen (and apparently sick) individual welcomed and congratulated the newest members of the organization on their first-day orientation. They give them the advice that whatever it is they do at the company, from the assembly line to Accounts Payable, they have to keep the flow. The executives are given as an example, as they rose from humble origins to the top because they embrace the flow. The unseen individual then instructed the new members on how to start spinning smoothly and flow to a halt[2].
The child of one of the executives went to the office while their father was away, and asked his assistant to try on their father's sunglasses. They then called her back to turn up the lights, as it was too dark for them[3].

Trivia
- The Assistant's voice clips in Japanese are repurposed from a scrapped rhythm game in Rhythm Heaven. Some other voice clips from the mentioned game were previously repurposed for Space Soccer, meaning the Space Kicker has the same voice as the Assistant in Japanese.
