Mahō Tsukai is an apprentice wizard who goes to the town where the sad and lonely Ojō-chan is. The wizard loves waltzes and beautiful flowers, and he uses the magic of waltz to make the flowers bloom to cheer her up. Every time Mahou Tsukai makes a flower grow, a flower appears in Ojou-chan's hair, up to five in total. A flower goes away if he makes a mistake and grows a monster.
