The gameplay is the same its prequel.  You play as the blue-haired rapper on the right side of the screen. There are three main cues to press the A button. Pressing the A button makes the yellow one go "Unh!" (The three cues are the {{Nihongo|'''ですか？'''|Desu ka?|Isn't it?}} where you must press A once, {{Nihongo|'''かもネ'''|Ka mo NE|could be}} where you must press A twice and {{Nihongo|'''サイコー！'''|Saikō!|The BEST!}} where you must press A twice again but faster).

*Hit: The blue rapper will shout "Unh!" perfectly while gesturing and creating a cloud of smoke.

== Trivia ==

* There is a unused version of Rap Women found in the debug menu of [[Rhythm Tengoku]] with different cue placements. The used version is by YONE, while the unused version is by KAZU.

* For a split second while the blue rapper says "Unh!", her hand turns yellow.
