They appear in the [[Rhythm Game]] [[Cosmic Dance]] in ''[[Rhythm Tengoku]]'' and ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]''. They play the same role as the [[Space Dancers]], with [[Cosmic Girl]] as their leader in place of [[Space Gramps]]. In ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]'', they also replace the [[Paddler]]s in [[Cosmic Rhythm Rally]].

The Cosmo Dancers are popular in space. Their rivals, the [[Space Dancers]], envy their sharp movements. Cosmo Rally}}'''The Cosmo Dancers''' are purple ball-headed humanoid creatures wearing black tuxetos who appear in the minigame [[Cosmo Dance]] in Rhythm Tengoku. They replaced the [[Space Dancers]] in the sequel, while their captain is [[Cosmo Aunt]] who replaced [[Space Uncle]]. The relationship between them and the space dancers is unknown. They even replaced the [[Paddler]]s in the Best+ renaming [[Rhythm Rally 2]] to [[Cosmo Rally]].
