In this game, the player controls one of the [[Cosmo Dancers]] who are led by the [[Cosmic Girl]]. The gameplay is the same as [[Space Dance]], the main difference being the characters and setting. The beat also has a swing feel, slightly altering the timing of each move.

*When posing in ''[[Rhythm Tengoku]]'', [[Cosmic Girl]]'s socks goes from knee-high to low-cut socks. This was fixed in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]''.

*When squatting in ''[[Rhythm Tengoku]]'', [[Cosmic Girl]] faces the front, like [[Space Gramps]]. In ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]'', she faces to the left.
