{{(!}}, {{!!}}, {{!)}} produce "{|", "||" and "|}" respectively.

Usually the vertical bar character "|" is used as a delimiter that separates arguments in a template or magic word call. If a vertical bar is expected to be part of an argument instead, escaping is required. These templates can help you escape characters used for inserting a table.

If you don't even want these characters to be parsed as part of a table, use HTML character entities &#123;&#124;, &#124;&#124; and &#124;&#125;.
