Upon launching ''[[Rhythm Heaven]]'', Note tells the player how to create a save file. Three Notes can also appear in the circle to flick in the title screen. It is one of the slots in [[Slot Monster]]. Note appears in the epilogues to [[Remix 10 (DS)|Remix 10]], where they are traveling by boat to [[Rhythm Heaven (location)|Rhythm Heaven]]. Note also appears in the icon and Beginners and Pros enroll buttons for [[Battle of the Bands]] and in the credits.

Note appears in [[Rhythm Tengoku Gold Comic]] [[Rhythm Tengoku Gold Comic#01 リズムにのってはじくの巻き (Flicking to the Rhythm by Maki)|01 ''Flicking to the Rhythm'']], where they are watching a [[The Frogettes|frog]] and girl play the game. In ''[[Rhythm Heaven Fever]]'', Note appears in [[Police Call]] and in the [[Café]].
