It features four men, who each look similar to the [[Sarge]] in the original game, in bunny suits. The men are training while taking orders from [[Usamimi Maki Sensei]].

In this rhythm game, the player controls the man at the end of the line. The controls and gameplay haven't changed from the original Marching Orders. However, the player should have learned the commands at heart as the Bunny Girl will frequently shout out facing commands as well as a new facing command that repeats the last facing command. Also new is doing turns while marching.
