Karate Man 2 (カラテ家2 Karateka 2) is the thirty-seventh game in Rhythm Tengoku and it's a sequel to Karate Man. It plays the exact same way as the first one. However, there are major tempo changes in the song to throw you off track. Getting a perfect on this game unlocks a gift named "Samurai Drum" which you can get it in the Studio.

The short version, Karate Man, appears in Honeybee Land in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

The long version, Karate Man Returns!, appears in Stage 1 of Rhythm Tengoku and Honeybee Tower in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

In this game, it plays the same song like the prequel, but there are major tempo changes during the song that can throw you off track, and even slowing down the flying objects' tempo or even faster them up. Press A to punch the object and lightbulb off-screen, and when the Flow bar is full, you can punch out the rock.

The song is the same as before, but there are major tempo changes that can throw the player off track, as it affects the speed at which the objects fly in as well. The last rock at the end of the game has its tempo randomized. It may be normal, slower or faster. The background is a featureless magenta plain which adds stripes when the flow gauge is at three hearts or higher.

*Miss: Karate Joe will gasp as the object flies past him. The Flow bar will deplete completely.
