Lady Cupid is the 3rd Endless Game in Minna no Rhythm Tengoku, unlocked with 23 Medals, and the 4th in international releases of Rhythm Heaven Fever, unlocked with 32 Medals.
|Number = 3 (Japanese version); 4 (Other versions)}}Lady Cupid (シューティング: Shooting) is an endless game in Rhythm Heaven Fever, unlocked after receiving 23 medals in the Japanese version and 32 medals in the non-Japanese versions. The player takes the role of Lady Cupid, who flies across the screen back and forth with a bow and arrow in hand.

It's the player's job to shoot through the blocks in her way until the bomb is hit. Because of having limited arrows in each level, the challenge is to conserve as many possible.
The player takes control of Lady Cupid, who must shoot her arrows upward in order to hit a bomb. Several blocks obstruct the path, so the player must time their shoots to the direct center of the grid. The player has a limited amount of arrows however, so it's important to hit as few as possible. the player starts with 50 arrows, and they are replenished with every stage cleared. The game does not show what stage the player has reached, however.

As the game progresses, the tempo increases, making it more difficult to hit with the proper timing. After clearing 10 stages, the tempo slows down to its initial speed, and the number of blocks increases, making timing more difficult and requiring more successful shots to clear. After clearing 20 stages, the tempo slows down to its initial speed again, and the blue blocks turn yellow, now requiring two shots to break rather than one.

*Hit: The arrow is shot and hits the block while there is a bomb. If you hit a bomb, it will make all the blocks vanished.

Trivia
*This is the first ever 8-bit game to appear in the Rhythm Heaven series. The next 8-bit styled game would be Super Samurai Slice along with the sequel and Feed Goat.
*Rhythm Heaven (the location) makes an appearance in the background.
*The game is a homage to the platformer Kid Icarus.
*Rhythm Heaven itself makes an appearance in the background.
* This game shares the same Japanese & Korean names as Shoot-'Em-Up. Unlike Munchy Monk & Night Walk, however, their gameplay styles are completely different.
