{{Nihongo|Extra Games|エクストラゲームズ|Ekusutora Gēmuzu}} is a place at the [[Medal Corner]] in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Fever]]'' where four [[Rhythm Game]]s from the first installment of the [[Rhythm Heaven (series)|series]], ''[[Rhythm Tengoku]]'', return updated for the [[niwanetwork:Wii|Wii]]. They can be unlocked by collecting [[Medal]]s. As they are not part of the regular [[Rhythm Games]], they do not give [[Medal]]s and no [[Perfect Campaign]] can happen on them.

*The games' [[Practice]] sessions are kept the same as they were in ''[[Rhythm Tengoku]]'' (aside from [[Power Calligraphy]] adopting the standard {{Nihongo|Practice Theme}} rather than the unique oriental one it shared with [[The☆Bon Odori]]) rather than conforming to ''[[Rhythm Heaven Fever]]''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s standards, where each game has its own Practice Theme and a demonstration if the player is taking too long.

*All four of these games return in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]'', being directly based on their appearances here.

*[[Drum Lesson]] in ''[[Rhythm Tengoku]]'' and [[Guitar Lessons]] in ''[[Rhythm Heaven]]'' occupy the same spot in their respective [[Medal Corner]]s.

*[[Samurai Drummer]] makes a cameo in the [[Extra Games]] icon.
