In this game, the player controls a [[Sick Beats Doctor|doctor]] protecting a yellow micro-organism by stabbing viruses with forks. They use ✚ to shoot the viruses from one of four directions, depending on their placement on the map. If even a single virus gets to the end, the organism will pop.

|miss=The virus is stabbed, but only at it's edge.

The player has multiple chances to vanquish the virus, though leaving it to pass through the first three tubes isn't counted as a miss.}}

The game is an endless version of the original, ending once a single virus gets through to the end without being stabbed. The game gets faster as it progresses, and new variations of viruses are introduced. Pink viruses take two hits, and black virus take three hits. Each time a virus is hit, the yellow organism releases a variety of objects, with a larger quantity and variety of objects as the game goes on.

==Appearences==

|[[wikipedia:Tsunku|Tsunku♂]]: The game that I enjoyed the most on the GBA version is this one...the feeling I get when I beat three viruses almost simultaneously, or rather, in succession... it gives me goosebumps. This is a basic rhythm game, but the adrenaline rush I get when I beat the three viruses in rapid succession is the best for me. But I have no idea why they let the viruses run through the capsule (laughs).

|[[w:nintendo:Masami Yone|Yone]]: The story is that a certain researcher discovered bacteria that get into the flow when they listen to music. The researcher is in the groove, partly due to the effects of the bacteria, but bad bacteria appear and try to interfere with the research, so the purpose of this game is for the researcher to look through the microscope and try to get rid of them.

*This is the first game to not use Ⓐ in ''[[Rhythm Tengoku]]''.

*While stabbing a virus, followed by an off-beat virus, a star appears next to the doctor as he blushes.
