Fork Lifter (くしざし Kushizashi?, Skewer) is the sixth game in Rhythm Heaven Fever. In this game, you are playing a boy who eats dinner by stabbing peas flown across the table with his fork. Getting a perfect will unlock a "Fork Lifter" music. It's also an Extra Game unlocked in Rhythm Heaven Megamix that can be bought for 8 Flow Balls in the shop.

The player controls a person's hand holding a fork in the front of a wide blank table. On the other side of the table, a hand is show through a zooming bubble. When the game starts, the hand will flick pieces of food (mostly pea-like objects, with a mini-hamburger being sent in parts at one point) towards the fork. The player will have to get the right timing and spear the food on the fork as it zooms towards it. If food is successfully caught, it stays on the fork until three or four pieces are on it, in which the hand will lift and the person will eat the food. The speed the peas move at is always the same, but how many and the spacing between them varies.
The player controls a human hand holding a fork. Very far away on the other side of the table, another hand is shown through a zooming bubble. When the game starts, the hand flicks beans towards the player, who must drop the fork to catch it at the right time. If food is successfully caught, it stays on the fork until the hand is lifted away and the person eats the food offscreen. While the speed the beans move at is always the same, their number and the spacing between them varies. At one point, the beans are replaced with pieces of a hamburger. In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the previously blank, white background now has lines.

In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the background has been spaced out and added gray stripes all across the table where you stab peas to take advantage of the Nintendo 3DS' widescreen.

A version of the game can be unlocked for the two-player mode. It is the first game in the mode, and is unlocked also with the two-player menu by beating the original game.
|number=Wii 1

|version=Two Player
The game has the first player using a blue fork, and the second using an orange fork. The hand will flick food at both of the players' forks, requiring them to stab and spear the food. For most of the game, the food will be flicked at the same time by the hand, and the players can stab at the same time. Later in the game, the hand will flick to only one player at a time, with the unneeded fork going off the screen.

Fork Lifter is the 1st Rhythm Game in the Two-Player Menu in Rhythm Heaven Fever. It is unlocked after clearing the One Player version.

The two players are tasked with catching speeding beans each with a fork. P1 has a blue fork on the left and P2 has an orange fork on the right. The hand shooting beans is now in the center and shoots two beans at a time to both players. At some points, one of the forks moves off-screen, leaving only one player to catch beans.

Trivia
Trivia
*The name "Fork Lifter" could be a pun to a forklift operator.
*Unlike real-life forks (and more like a trident), the fork has 3 prongs instead of 4.
*This Minigame used to be called "High Speed Peas" before the game's offical release.
Development History
*According to debug notes found in the files of Rhythm Heaven Megamix, this game, Board Meeting, Cheer Readers and Packing Pests would have its story mode variant added in that game but got cut for unknown reasons.
