Super Samurai Slice 2 is the 4th Rhythm Game of Right-Hand Tower (84th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

The long version, Super Samurai Slice, appears in Songbird Land.
Gameplay
Gameplay
The gameplay is almost the exact same as its prequel, but this time the samurai begins with a skateboard and he is near the castle at the palace. The dark creatures are popping out 2 times faster than even instead of one time and had pink scleras this time. Mr. Eagle will help our samurai get through the castle to save townfolk women while slicing up those evil creatures. Plus, 4 of them will pop up and the samurai will use his new thunder attack to slice them all after beating the other three. Use A and the D-Pad to slice (hold B to guard, release B to counter).

The gameplay of this game is mostly the same as before, but with more complicated rhythms. The Demons (who now sport purple eyes rather than green) have kidnapped four ladies this time, and The Wandering Samurai wastes no time giving chase via skateboard. Demons appear out of bushes rather than water. In the middle of the game, Mister Eagle appears to help the samurai take the battle to the skies, where he also uses a lightning attack. At the end, they reach the castle in which the ladies are being held captive, and face the big purple demon to rescue them.

|item = Splash Debris.png
*This Rhythm Game is designed to resemble video games from the 8-bit and 16-bit era, in the same ways as Super Samurai Slice. It can be argued that this game also references how sequels to popular games usually take the same engine and upgrade it, making the two games look and play very similarly to each other.
