*This game starts the tradition of making the medley remix the last [[Rhythm Game]]. Although ''[[Rhythm Tengoku]]'' has it's medley remix as [[Remix 6 (GBA)|Remix 6]], it was not the final one.

*One of the [[Stepswitchers]] from [[Lockstep]] appears in [[Shoot-'em-up 2|Shoot-'Em-Up]], acting as a visual cue for what game follows.

*Although [[Fan Club]] is included in this [[remix]], it features the third cue introduced in [[Fan Club 2]].

*If the player doesn't tap to stop singing during [[Glee Club 2|Glee Club]] as it transitions to [[Fillbots 2|Fillbots]], the note echoes into it.

*This [[remix]]'s epilogues introduces [[Rhythm Heaven (location)|Rhythm Heaven]] as a location, though it goes unnamed. The place would appear many times in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Fever]]'' as cameos.

*The epilogue to this game is similar in concept to the one to [[Remix 7 (Wii)|Remix 7]] in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Fever]]'', including the appearance of [[Rhythm Heaven (location)|Rhythm Heaven]].
