Left-Hand Remix (レフト リミックス?, Left Remix) is the 5th Rhythm Game of Left-Hand Tower (80th overall) and the eighth remix in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
This Remix is a medley of 16 of the Rhythm Games played through the story, with the rest being included in Right-Hand Remix and Final Remix.

- Due to Blue Bear being in a 3/4 time signature, this is the second remix to be in 4/4 and 3/4, the first being Remix 6 in Rhythm Tengoku.
- In Working Dough, due to an oversight, the gates through which the fuel orbs travel remain closed on the veteran's turn, and open on the rookie's side one beat too late during the first pattern. They open and close normally on the second pattern.
