(カラテ家コンボ karateka konbo) is identical to Karate Man from Rhythm Heaven Fever, aside from having a red-orange background instead of a blue one, and it's a last extra game bought from museum shop in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. This game is about Karate Joe who continues his training of punching objects and learning a new technique called combo. It is the 108th and last game in Megamix.

Karate Man Combos!, known in Rhythm Heaven Fever as Karate Man, is the 4th Rhythm Game of Stage 7 (34th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Fever and the 3rd of Shop No. 6 (108th and final overall), costing 15 Flow Balls, in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

Gameplay
The arrange version, Karate Man 2, appears in Stage 10 in Rhythm Heaven Fever.
The player must press the A button to make Karate Joe punch a pot that flies by. Occasionally, there will be a voice saying "Hit 3" along with text, and the player would have to hit two pots in a row, followed by a rock-like object. At certain parts of the song, a "!" mark will appear by Karate Joe, signaling a brief tempo change. There is also a combo, which will appear after a light-bulb that is glowing blue appears instead of a pot. Directly after the light-bulb will follow with several pots and then a barrel, which the player will have to hit with a flurry of punches and kicks, ending in an uppercut.
Gameplay
As with previous Karate Man games, the player controls Karate Joe, punching any object that flies by. Upon hearing "Hit 3!", the player must hit two consecutive pots followed by a rock. Sometimes, a "!!" mark appears, signaling an object on the offbeat.

Controls
The main feature is the "Combo!", preceded by a Light Bulb. It consists of several pots and then a barrel, which the player has to hit with a flurry of punches and kicks ending in an uppercut, to the rhythm of "Punchy-punch, ka-pow!".
Button Mode
*A: Punch
*Hold B: Start combo (flurry punch)
*Let go of B: Finish combo (uppercut)
Simple Tap Mode
*Tap: Punch
*Hold Stylus: Start combo (flurry punch)
*Let go of Stylus: Finish combo (uppercut)

Timing Notes
The following objects appear and needed to be punched off-screen:
* Hit: Karate Joe punches the assorted objects away. With a combo, he punches everything away and smashes the barrel, looking happy.
*Pot
* Barely: Karate Joe just grazes the objects, making them fall onto the ground. With a combo, he only hits some of the objects (either some pots if to early or late, or the barrel if not finished correctly), looking sad afterwards. A barely counts as a miss.
*Rock
* Miss: Karate Joe completely misses or doesn't punch, and the object flies past, with him looking surprised. With a combo, Joe either lets all the objects fly by, or messes up and spins out after the move is done.
*Soccer Ball

*Light Bulb, followed by a Combo
Rating Notes
In Rhythm Heaven Fever, the Light Bulbs do not glow, and the game is colored blue with snow falling, much like the Karate Man in Rhythm Heaven. In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the Light Bulbs now glow blue (taken from the gameplay in Karate Man Senior), and the game is colored reddish-orange like Karate Man 2 with rising particles, to contrast Karate Man Kicks! having the blue coloration with snow and yellow Light Bulbs.

Karate Man is the 8th and last Rhythm Game in the Two-Player Menu in Rhythm Heaven Fever.

Rhythm Item
The game has two Karate Joes, standing back-to-back against a red background. P1 controls the blue-skinned Joe on the left in a white robe, and P2 controls the purple-skinned Joe on the right with a purple robe, being the only Two Player game to not use the cyan/orange color scheme. Both players must hit the various objects as they fly out. At a few points, one player goes to the front and is the only one to hit objects. Unlike the regular game, no particles are shown flying on screen.<gallery>Screenshot Wii Karate Man Two Player.png</gallery>clear

Trivia
Trivia
* In Megamix, due to the fact that every version appeared, the DS version was named "Karate Man Kicks!", the Wii version was named "Karate Man Combos!", and the GBA version was named "Karate Man Returns!".
*This is the third time a Karate Man game has appeared in the Rhythm Heaven Series.
In Other Languages
*Just like in Rhythm Heaven, this game is the last main game in Rhythm Heaven Fever before the credits.
