To get a medal the player must get at least a [[superb]] rank on one of the main 50 games. A silver frame will be put around the selection of the rhythm game once superbed. These medals can be collected in time to unlock [[Subgames]] and Rhythm Toys in the [[Medal Corner]]. In [[Rhythm Heaven]] for the DS you can also use them to unlock [[guitar lessons|Guitar lessons]].
