The Cosmo Dancers (コスモダンサーズ?, Kosumo Dansāzu) are purple, ball-headed, humanoid creatures wearing black vests and red ties. They appear in the Rhythm Game Cosmic Dance in Rhythm Tengoku and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. They play the same role as the Space Dancers, with Cosmic Girl as their leader in place of Space Gramps. In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, they also replace the Paddlers in Cosmic Rhythm Rally.
Story
The Cosmo Dancers are popular in space. Their rivals, the Space Dancers, envy their sharp movements. The Space Dancers are often mentioned in weekly magazines, but experts say they don't compare to the Cosmo Dancers[1].
In Cosmic Rhythm Rally, two Paddlers take on the appearance of the Cosmo Dancers. In Rhythm Tengoku The Best Plus Comic 27パジャマな朝 (Pajama Morning), Mako's alarm clock has a face similar to a Cosmo Dancer.

Trivia
- In rare cases, some Paddlers turn into dancers[2]. The presence of Paddlers who look like the Cosmo Dancers in Cosmic Rhythm Rally implies that both Space Dancers and Cosmo Dancers come from different looking Paddlers.
