— Extra Games description, Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise Official Website

Extra Games (エクストラゲームズ?, Ekusutora Gēmuzu) is a place at the Medal Corner in Rhythm Heaven Fever where four Rhythm Games from the first installment of the series, Rhythm Tengoku, return updated for the Wii. They can be unlocked by collecting Medals. As they are not part of the regular Rhythm Games, they do not give Medals and no Perfect Campaign can happen on them.
