Remix 4 (リミックス４?, Rimikkusu 4), also known as Remix 4th on the prologue, is the 5th Rhythm Game of the fourth stage (20th overall) and the fourth remix in Rhythm Heaven.

- Although the prologue uses "4th" in most versions, a simple "4" is used in Rhythm Paradise.
- This remix's epilogues are similar in concept to the ones for Remix 3 in Rhythm Tengoku.
- The music for this remix is very similar to the "Game Select" theme in Rhythm Heaven.
