Rhythm Tengoku
Gold Medal
Medals are earned after getting a High Level rank, which also unlocks Endless Games and Rhythm Toys.
Perfect Medal
In Rhythm Tengoku, perfect medals are not displayed around the frame but rather shown as text below the description of the minigame.
Rhythm Heaven
Gold Medal
Gold Medals are obtained by completing a minigame with a superb rank. A gold frame will appear around the selection of the rhythm game. Collecting medals will unlock Endless Games and Rhythm Toys.
In Rhythm Heaven Fever
Getting a perfect will earn the player two medals instead of one. A perfect medal, and a Normal medal.
