Ms. Whiskers[1] is a cat who appears in the minigame Rat Race in Rhythm Tengoku and Rhythm Heaven Megamix, where she tries to stop the Rats from getting to the cheese.
She sometimes peers through the window in Wake-Up Caller in Rhythm Heaven Fever.

The rats are sneaky, but they also bravely venture out to the "Ultra Dangerous Zone" where Ms. Whiskers usually is. They're risking life and limb to find food for their family.[2] Like a typical cartoon about a cat and mouse, it appears Ms. Whiskers was appointed by her owners to protect the house from the rats, in this case, from them taking the cheese on the table.
