The Cosmic Girl is a girl who leads the Cosmic Dancers in the minigame Cosmic Dance, found in Rhythm Tengoku and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. Her role is similar to that of Space Gramps in Space Dance. It is unknown whether she and Space Gramps are truly related or not.
